The default fonts in Blogger are desperately dull!
But luckily you can install some really fun Google web fonts on your blog in no time at all.
In this Mommy Hack you will be editing your template so please do backup your blog first.
1. Find the Fonts You Want
Google web fonts are a wide range of web friendly fonts you can install on your blog.
To chose the fonts you want go to: http://www.google.com/fonts/
You can search for specific fonts by name in the top left or apply filters to find what you want.
2. Select Bold and Italic Versions
To select bold and italic versions click the See All Styles icon at the bottom right of your chosen font.
3. To Install One Font
To install just one font, click the Quick Use icon at the bottom right ...
4. To Install Multiple Fonts
Click on the Add to Collection button and then repeat steps 1 to 2 ...
In the Collections panel click the Use button ...
5. Copy CSS Link Code
Scroll down and copy the link code provided ...
Click inside the scroll box and click Ctrl-F on your keyboard - a search box will be displayed.
Type in and then click Enter.
Just below the highlighted line paste the copied code.
Before the closing pointy bracket of the code you just pasted in add a back-slash as above.
Click Save Template.

7. Using Your Fonts
To use your lovely new fonts you can specify them in your CSS template as with any other fonts.
If you don't know how to use CSS you can specify them wherever you want them in your HTML as in the example below where Chewy is my new font and Arial is the font to be used if Chewy can't be found.
