Check-list ... leaving the house

OK this one really does seem insultingly simple, but my thing is that I am either packing the bag last thing at night when I am just too tired to think or in the morning in a furious frenzy whilst under a constant barrage of friendly (?) fire ... "Muuuummmeeeeee!!!.   I am incapable of thinking straight in either situation and I actually don't want to have to think, I just want to DO so that my brain has some chance of simultaneously engaging with tomorrow's diary, brushing hair, wiping jam off face (mine), getting shoes on the right feet (mine) etc etc etc.  Oh and actually have some chance of having everything I need in the bag ... have had too many meltdowns without wipes, drinks, snacks, keys or some such and just can't stand them any more!

So this list is one to keep in your bag or the back of a cupboard door so, whether you're packing the night before or on the hop in the morning, you can whizz around with your brain switched off and still manage to leave the house prepared for everything the day is about to throw at you - or at least some of it ...
