Welcome to the Friday Baby Shower - the pregnancy & new baby blog party.

The whole question of whether to go back to work or not after having a baby is a mine field.

Many of us feel personally torn between leaving our babies, financial circumstances and our careers. I think it's pretty hard not to have regrets whatever choice we make.

Like so much of motherhood we have to make sacrifices one way or another.

I would love for you to share all of your posts on going back to work whether about maternity leave, deciding to stay at home, your feelings about leaving your child or the practicalities of going back to work.
